Making a Difference in Our Communities

At Tri-Gen Group, we are committed to fostering strong, respectful, and

collaborative relationships with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous

communities across Alberta. We believe in creating equal opportunities and a

shared vision for growth and prosperity, recognizing the unique contributions

and cultures of all people. Our goal is to support initiatives that bring

communities together, promote cultural understanding, and encourage mutual

success.

We actively participate in and sponsor local events that celebrate both

Indigenous and non-Indigenous cultures, traditions, and achievements. From

cultural festivals and powwows to community fairs, trade shows, and art

exhibitions, we work alongside local partners to highlight the diverse

heritage that makes Alberta such a vibrant and dynamic province. By

participating in these events, we foster a deeper appreciation and respect for

the traditions, stories, and values of both Indigenous and non-Indigenous

peoples.

Tri-Gen Group is also dedicated to providing opportunities for all local

youth, regardless of background, through training programs, mentorship, and

career pathways in the heavy civil and energy sectors. Our initiatives are

designed to ensure that young people from both Indigenous and non-

Indigenous communities have access to the skills, education, and resources

they need to succeed in Alberta’s industries. By building a diverse and skilled

workforce, we contribute to a stronger, more inclusive economy.
