Our Story

                                        Tri-Gen Group began with the head of our family – Peter Szmyrko with his first dozer in 1971. He

                                believed that listening to your clients and delivering on their needs and wants was a key to his success –

                                   followed by hiring good people and fighting to keep them. For three generations and over 50 years of

                                business, we have maintained our family values. From humble beginnings we have grown in all aspects

                                – from building oil & gas pads locally to running pipeline integrity digs and delivering civil & mechanical

                                projects across Western Canada. Today we have digital workflows and professional policies, procedures

                                  and processes that deliver efficiency, quality, safety and results. We are proud of our heritage and the
